We are a medtech startup with a mission to bring Cervical Cancer Screening to every woman’s doorstep and ensure timely detection – so that no precious life is lost to this treatable form of cancer. Cervical Cancer is the second leading cause for Cancer-related mortality amongst Indian women with about 60,000 ladies losing their life annually. This been solely attributed to the lack of ACCESS and ADOPTION to periodic screening programs in India. We at Pragmatech aim to increase the ADOPTION for periodic PAP, through our first offering: CERVICHECK^TM self-sampling kit that would self-sustain a lady to collect cervical cells at the privacy of her home. The CERVICHECK^TM self-sampling kit consists of a hand-held, single use, sample collection device that can collect cells for HPV test and a triage in one go. The sample collected is analyzed and the report is sent to the doctor for further assessment (if any). Our second offering: CERVICHECK^TM Assay aims to increase the ACCESS to a point-of-care screening solution in a single visit thus eliminating the indigenous problems of high dropout and low recall rate. The assay can detect as early as pre-cancerous stage.
